Woke up at like 5:27am this morning, drank coffee and had a tamale with eggs made by dad. Watched videos of SF from 1905 then watched the news. Dad dropped conor and I of at our house. Conor and mom left for work and Reno which means I have the house to myself for the day which means I’ll be hitting up the gym and library today unless I don’t find my library card. I was suppose to hang out with Amy today-SORRY lovebug-but I was told I was going to be home at 2 but got here at 8:30 I need sleep right now too. Our drive home was great. I knew dad had a high school almost sweetheart since he moved to SF it didn’t work out anymore, as we were passing the bay bridge toll plaza dad tells us the story since conor didn’t know it. I’d tell you but its never the same as when you hear it from the person. Anywho, he asked why I didn’t have any boyfriends I didn’t tell him because no one like me and I like no one I just said I’m young dad remember? He said, “Well good I don’t want you having one boyfriend you have lots of them and you learn now while your young and then after college you can marry a guy who follows this criteria: likes racquetball, has money and a car, is really cool and funny, isn’t a jerk and you didn’t know him when you were in high school. Because if you are with a guy for all HS it won’t work, well theres a 1 in a million no maybe 200,000 chance that it will work and you’ll get married and all that but otherwise its a waste of time in HS to have that serious of a relationship because it always fails. Plus Devon, guys are dogs, no wolves and they only want that one thing you know what it is and no matter what a guy is a dog and theres no way in hell any guy is 100% good. Just keep that in mind Dev please. Trust me I was a teenage dog-guy too. Just wait until college and after to have good solid relationships because guys start realizing after HS what they want. And Conor we’ll have a talk similar later without dev.” Thats my dad for you, dang I’m guna miss that talk. That was only the morning of my day. I’ll prob go into the city and just chill at Borders for a while and meet up with mom to go home but I sure do miss SF right now.
